Stereochemistry considers the ‘90s hymn uncoverable, therefore this is rather a re-interpretation than a cover. Together with the RHCPs’ “Under the Bridge”, this was the last tune to be heard before a complete embargo was placed on Yugoslavia in 1991, cutting the country off in a cultural sense as well. It is the soundtrack of Karla’s childhood and teens. It is a reminder that little has changed since then. It is a love note to KurtCobainDavidGrohlKristNovoselic and everything they have created, together and apart.
